Fractionated Coconut Oil is oil that has undergone hydrolysis or steam distillation which removes the long-chain-fatty-acids and because of this fractionated Coconut Oil will remain as a liquid, even in cool temperatures. Virgin Coconut Oil are typically unrefined and have undergone as little processing as possible meaning it retains its high nutritious value.

What is Cold Pressed Coconut Oil?

Cold pressing is a processing method in which the Coconut meat is pressed at a temperature not exceeding 48 degrees Celsius to retain its nutrient content. Cold Pressed Coconut Oil is not deoderized, highly processed or refined.
